- The Babies R Us Baby’s First Christmas Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories and possessions), who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration.
- Begins at 9:00:00 AM ET on November 1, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 24, 2016.
- Limit of 5 Sweepstakes Entries per person, per Instagram or Twitter account, per day throughout the Promotion Period.
- Limit of 1 Secondary Sweepstakes Entry per person, per email address, per day, throughout the Promotion Period.
- On or about December 28, 2016 the Administrator will conduct a random drawing from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received within the Promotion Period and select 1 potential Grand Prize winner, 1 potential First Prize winner, and 1 potential Second Prize winner from all Sweepstakes Entries received.
