Eligibility :
THE THERMACARE REAL LIFE. REAL HEAT. REAL RELIEF. SWEEPSTAKES (“SWEEPSTAKES”) IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE as of April 17, 2009.

Promotion Period :
ThermaCare Real Life. Real Heat. Real Relief. Sweepstakes begins at 11:59.59 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on April 17, 2009 and ends at 2:59:59 p.m. ET on July 15, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter :
Visit www.thermacare.com/realrelief or other Sponsor approved Websites (the “Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period, click on the Sweepstakes icon, banner or text link(s) which will take you to the Sweepstakes page.

Limit :
Limit of (1) entry per name/address/email address per day.

Prize (s):

Five (5) winners will be selected. Each winner may select one (1) of the following prize packages:
(a) Work-Out Package: Winner may select pieces of home exercise equipment from a list provided by Sponsor which will include the approximate retail value of each piece of equipment, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion (“List”). Winner’s selection must not exceed $5,000 based on approximate retail values specified on the List.
(b) Home Improvement Package: Winner will receive a $5,000 gift card redeemable at a national home improvement store of winner’s choice. Gift card subject to terms specified thereon and any other terms specified by gift card provider.
(c) Golf Getaway Vacation Package: Trip for two (2) to a destination of winner’s choice to enjoy a golf vacation. Winner may customize trip with Sponsor’s assigned travel agency and will be required to stay within a $5,000 budget. Exact travel dates and arrangements subject to availability. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2009.
(d) Ski Getaway Vacation Package: Trip for two (2) to a destination of winner’s choice to enjoy a ski vacation. Winner may customize trip with Sponsor’s assigned travel agency and will be required to stay within a $5,000 budget. Exact travel dates and arrangements subject to availability. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2009.
(e) Cooking Package: Winner will receive a $5,000 gift card to a national retailer specializing in cooking/kitchen-related products selected from a list provided by Sponsor, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Gift card subject to terms specified thereon and any other terms specified by gift card provider. In lieu of selecting one (1) of the prize packages described herein, winner will have the option to receive a $5,000 cash prize (awarded in the form of a check). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Up to $5,000 each prize option. For customized prizes, winner must stay within the $5,000 budget. Budget includes, but is not limited to, shipping, handling, labor, and/or travel-related fees. All prizes are subject to availability. In case of unavailability of any prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. If winner cannot accept prize as stated by Sponsor, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Total ARV of all prizes is up to $25,000.
