OPEN TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS OF CONNECTICUT, DELAWARE, MAINE, MARYLAND, MASSACHUSETTS, NEW HAMPSHIRE, NEW JERSEY, NEW YORK, RHODE ISLAND, VIRGINIA, AND WASHINGTON D.C. WHO ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF AUGUST 1, 2008 WHO HAVE A VALID EMAIL ACCOUNT AND INTERNET ACCESS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE PROMOTION. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of The Stop & Shop Supermarket Company LLC, Administrator, and all of its/their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, franchisees, licensees, distributors, suppliers, printers or the advertising, promotional or judging agencies, webmaster or other parties involved in any aspect with the creation, production, operation, execution and fulfillment of the Promotion (collectively, “Released Parties”) and the immediate family members of such individuals (parent, child, sibling or spouse of any of the foregoing, including step-parent, step-child or step-sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to win. Timing :
The Stop & Shop Free Groceries Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins at 8:00 AM ET August 22, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM ET November 14, 2008 (the “Entry Period”).
How to enter:
Participation will be divided into two (2) separate pools, one (1) pool corresponding to entries received via the WWW.STOPANDSHOP.COM web site (the “Stop & Shop Entry Pool”) and one (1) pool corresponding to the entries received via the WWW.GIANTFOOD.COM web site (the “Giant Food Entry Pool”).
i. To enter the Promotion, you must have: (i) internet access; and (ii) a valid email account. During the Entry Period, go online to WWW.STOPANDSHOP.COM or WWW.GIANTFOOD.COM (the “Web Site”) and follow onscreen instructions to enter the Promotion. For purposes of this Promotion, a “week” begins on Friday at 8:00:00 AM ET and ends on Thursday at 11:59:59 PM ET.

Limit one (1) entry per person, email address, and/or household per week.
