Eligibility :
The Promotion is open to individual legal residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (collectively, the “U.S.”) who are six (6) years of age or older at the time of entry and physically located in the U.S. at the time of entry. Employees, directors and officers of KidsWB.com (the “Sponsor”), L.A. Promotion Development, Inc. (the “Administering Agency”), participating Warner Bros. licensees and their respective parent companies and subsidiaries, broadcast affiliates, and any Promotion prize suppliers or advertising or promotion agencies associated with the Promotion (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”) are not eligible to enter the Promotion or win any prizes. In addition, family members of (whether living in the same household or not, including step-relatives) and those living in the same household as (whether related or not) any such employees, directors or officers are not eligible to enter this Promotion or win any prizes. For the purposes of the Promotion, family members are defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren.
Timing :
The KidsWB.com Wheel of Whoa! Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins on Friday, May 30, 2008, at 12:00:01 p.m. and ends on Friday, September 19, 2008, at 11:59:59 a.m. (the “Master Promotion Period”).
How to Enter :
Participants may enter the Promotion online only. Entries received before and/or after each respective Weekly Promotion Period and/or the Master Promotion Period will be void.
Visit http://www.KidsWB.com and click on the “Wheel of Whoa! Sweepstakes” link. Participants will be forwarded to the “Request for Entry” page. Each time you attempt to enter, follow the on-screen instructions to spin the “Wheel of Whoa!” and, in the spaces provided, enter your e-mail address, your first name and (as applicable) your Parent’s e-mail address. Click on the “Submit” button to forward your request for entry. As applicable, an e-mail will be sent to your Parent to consent to your participation in the Promotion.
Each participant may enter as often as he/she likes during the Master Promotion Period (subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions as disclosed in the Official Rules).
Important: Each time a Participant enters, (as applicable) his/her Parent must grant permission for him/her to enter the Promotion via the method provided by Sponsor and within the time period specified by Sponsor or he/she will not be able to enter the Promotion.
Limit :
Limit one (1) entry per person per day. A day, for the purpose of this promotion, begins at 12:00:01 p.m. and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. the following day.
