Eligibility : Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States including the District of Columbia (except for residents of California), age 21 or older at time of entry. Void in California, U.S. territories and possessions, Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.
Timing : The Clint Dempsey Shootout (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 6/20/11 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on 7/30/11.
Limit : Each online participant may enter the Sweepstakes once per day during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

Five (5) Grand Prizes: Each winner will win a 4 day/3 night trip for two (2) to attend a regular season futbol game (“Event”) to a location in the United States, Europe or Latin America as determined solely by the Sponsors (ARV: $5,000.00 each).
