How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes, visit www.mikeandike.com, click on the Sweepstakes link and follow the instructions to register by filling out your name, age, address, telephone number, email address and, where applicable, a Universal Product Code (“UPC Code”).
Eligibility : Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 13 years of age or older at time of entry (each entrant referred to herein as an “Entrant” or “Participant”).
Timing : Begins at 12:01 a.m., Eastern Time (“ET”), May 15, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m., ET, August 15, 2013 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : There is a limit of one (1) entry per day per Participant and per email address throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
