I have a card in which I recieved at the Brooks & Dunn Concert at DTE in Michigan on July 29th 2010.
Nowhere can I find a place in which to enter the code that is on the card?
Can you Please tell me how and where I can do this. It is for the 2010 Toyota Tundra.
