Ford Flex My Friends Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (“U.S.”) who are 18 years of age or older or of the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, with a valid driver’s license as of date of entry (“Entrant”). Employees, directors and officers and their immediate families (spouses and siblings, parents and children and their spouses) and household members of Ford Motor Company (“Sponsor), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, dealerships, advertising and promotion agencies, including Team Detroit, Inc., Exposure Marketing & Promotion, Inc. and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, and other US Commonwealths, Territories and jurisdictions (including overseas military installations) and where prohibited.

Timing :
The Ford Flex My Friends Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 8/14/08 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 11/05/08 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How to enter:
There are two (2) ways to enter the sweepstakes:

1) ONLINE – To receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, visit http://www.flexmyfriends.com/ (the “Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period, complete the online entry form with the required contact information (“Entry”) and submit the completed Entry as directed. ALL ONLINE ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 11:59 PM ET on 11/5/08. Limit: One (1) Entry per person or email address via the Online Entry method throughout the Sweepstakes Period. In the event more than one (1) Entry is received from any one person or email address during the Sweepstakes Period, the first Entry processed will be considered the only valid Entry received. In the event of a dispute, online Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of Entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

2) VIA MAIL – To receive twenty-five (25) entries into the Sweepstakes, hand-print your full name, address, city, state, zip code, phone, email address and date of birth in black ink on a 3” x 5” paper and mail it in a first class stamped envelope to: Ford Flex My Friends Sweepstakes Headquarters, 1000 North Opdyke Rd, Suite J, Auburn Hills, MI 48326. Entries received without all required information will be void. DO NOT SEND ANY OTHER CORRESPONDENCE TO THIS ADDRESS. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 11/5/08 and received by 11/17/08. No mechanical reproductions, computer-generated or stamped addresses permitted. Typed, computer-generated, or otherwise mechanically reproduced outer envelopes are not allowed. Entries received via the Mail-In Entry method will not be a part of any Network. There is no limit to the number of Entries any one (1) Entrant can receive via mail.

Limit:
One (1) Entry per person or email address via the Online Entry method throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

One (1) Grand Prize – A 2009 Ford Flex (ARV $32,000); One (1) Network Originator Prize – A 2009 Ford Flex (ARV $32,000); One (1) Network Line Prize –A 2009 Ford Flex (ARV $32,000).
