Sunkist Orange Nation Sweepstakes Rules

Eligibility :
This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia. Entrants must be at least 14 years of age or older at time of entry. Entrants who have not yet reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside will need to obtain permission from their parent/legal guardian in order to enter Sweepstakes.

Timing :
“Sunkist Orange Nation Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) commences at 12:00:01 AM (ET) on April 15, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on July 31, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter :
Visit orangenation.mtv.com, a web site owned and controlled by MTVN and complete all required fields on the online entry form. Entrants must also electronically acknowledge and agree to the terms of MTVN’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and submit the online entry form as instructed. All entries submitted in accordance with these Official Rules shall be hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Entries”

Limit :
Limit one (1) entry per entrant.

Prize (s):
The One Hundred and Fifty (150) Grand Prize Winners will each receive: (a) a trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Guest to Los Angeles, CA to attend the MTV Sunkist Orange Nation Party, currently contemplated to take place on or about August 16, 2008, but subject to change in Sponsors sole discretion. The trip for two (2) will include: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of MTVN’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by MTVN) to Los Angeles, CA. MTVN reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Los Angeles, CA; (ii) round trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (to be taken together) between airport and hotel in Los Angeles, CA and hotel and the MTV Sunkist Orange Nation Party; and (iii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in Los Angeles, CA for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included), collectively (the “Grand Prize” or “Grand Prizes”). The approximate retail value (”ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $2,500.00

Total ARV of all prizes :
$375,000.00
