  1. Eat the proper foods, get enough sleep, excerise some.Think happy thoughts, smile a lot, be sociable, volunteer to help at Centers for the needy or Seniors.

  2. I’ve been overweight most of my life, and I went on that Nutrisystem and I’m 5 lbs. from my goal and this would be a perfect ending to my new beginning!

  3. after bypass surgery I have continued the rehabilitation exercise and am getting in better shape than I have been for the last ten years, when I used to exercise everyday of the week. That helped a great deal with my surgery, my heart remembered how i took care of it. I think having a chance to consult with someone who is great at this would be a dream come true for me.
