Pine Mountain Fireside Family Fun Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The Pine Mountain Fireside Family Fun Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) is offered only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia and are over 18 years old, at time of participation.

Timing :
Pine Mountain Fireside Family Fun Sweepstakes begins on or about 09/30/2008 at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends on 03/31/2009 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (the “Promotional Period”)

How to enter:
During the Promotional Period, access the Promotional Website at www.pinemountainbrands.com and click on the icon, banner, or text link on the homepage to access the registration page. At that point, you must:

1. Complete the registration form with your first and last name, complete address, zip code, email address, date of birth, and gender. You will also be asked whether you wish to “opt-in” to receive email updates and promotional material from Sponsor via email. Whether (or not) you “opt-in” will NOT affect your ability to participate in the Promotion or your odds of winning prize(s).
2. After completing the registration form, your Promotion Account will be established. Then, you must complete a short questionnaire. The content of your responses to the questionnaire will NOT affect your ability to participate in the Promotion or your odds of winning prize(s). The questionnaire must be completed in order to participate in the Promotion.
3. Create a password. (Record your password and keep it in a secure location.)
4. Enter the 12 digit code found on the sticker affixed to specially marked 6-count cartons of Pine Mountain® logs (“Code”). Enter the Code exactly as it appears on the sticker. If Code is not entered exactly as it appears, Code will not be accepted and you will not be able to play the Instant Win Game or enter the Sweepstakes. Upon successful entry of Code, read the Official Rules and check the box indicating that you have read and agree to the Official Rules. You will NOT be able to participate in the Promotion unless this box has been checked. Then, click the “Submit” button to receive one Sweepstakes entry and one Instant Win game play. If you have won an instant win prize (subject to verification), a “Congratulations” message will be displayed along with a brief description of the prize potentially won and prize claim instructions. If you have NOT won an instant win prize, a “Sorry” message will instead appear on-screen.
5. When you return to the Promotional Website you will be asked to log-in by providing your email address and password. This enables you to access your Promotion Account and, if you have another Code, to enter the Sweepstakes and play the Instant Win Game again (if you have not already potentially won an instant win prize).

For a free Code, while supplies last, mail a hand-printed self-addressed, stamped envelope to Hearthmark LLC d/b/a Jarden Home Brands Pine Mountain® Brand Sweepstakes Free Code Request c/o SoftCoin, Inc., 2000 Sierra Point Parkway, Ste. 801, Brisbane, CA 94005, to be postmarked by 4/1/2009 and received by 4/9/2009. Vermont residents only may omit return postage. After the free Code request has been processed and you have received a Code, go to the Promotional Website and follow the procedure indicated in Section 3(B) to participate in the Promotion by 4/30/2009 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT. Each valid free Code request will result in receipt of one Code. Limit one request per stamped envelope. Limit (1) free Code request per participant/Promotion Account per day. No copies, facsimiles or reproductions of free Code requests will be accepted.

Trip consists of roundtrip coach air transportation for (4) people from major commercial airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Denver, CO; ground transfers between Denver airport and hotel; standard accommodations (quadruple occupancy) at hotel of Sponsor’s sole choosing; 4-day ski lift tickets per person for skiing at Breckenridge, Keystone and/or Arapahoe Basin mountains. ARV: $5,800.
