Eligibility : Philips Lighting Company’s “Live Brighter” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who (a) are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, (b) are at least eighteen (18) years of age at time of entry, and (c) have a Twitter account.
Timing : The “Live Brighter” Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 15, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on January 31, 2012 (the “Entry Period”).

Prize (s) :
One (1) Grand Prize winner (“Winner) will receive a trip for two (2) to New York City to flip the test switch for the New Year’s Eve ball drop in Times Square in December 2012. Trip will include roundtrip coach air travel for Winner and one (1) guest from a major metropolitan airport close to the Winner’s home to New York City, three (3) days and two (2) nights accommodations, roundtrip ground transportation to/from the airport to the Winner’s home, and ground transportation to/from New York City airport to the hotel in New York City for the Winner and one (1) guest, and $500 spending money (for Winner only). Meals not included. (ARV of Grand Prize: $3,500.) Winner may elect to accept a cash substitution prize of $3,500 in full and total substitution for the Grand Prize.
