How To Enter : Visit nick.com/lalaloopsy (the “Sweepstakes Site”) and complete an entry form as directed online.

Eligibility : To enter the Sweepstakes you must (i) have your Parent’s permission, (ii) be a legal resident of one of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (the “Eligibility Area”) and (iii) be between the ages of eight (8) and twelve (12) at time of entry (“Participant”).

Timing : The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 15, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on October 28, 2012 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit one entry per calendar day per person and/or email address.

Prize (s) :

(1):Grand Prize Winner (“GP Winner”) will receive a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for GP Winner, one (1) friend and two (2) guests (one of whom must be the Parent of GP Winner) (collectively “Guests”) to Los Angeles, CA (the “Trip Package”).
