How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes, access the web site located at http://www.livewithkelly.tv (“Web Site”).
Eligibility : Open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the U.S. and the District of Columbia (“D.C.”), (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) and permanent legal residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec), who currently are physically located and residing therein and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.
Timing : LIVE’s Spa Getaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on April 20, 2012 at 12:01 a.m. PT and ends on May 20, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. PT (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per person/per email address/per day during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize (s) :
One (1) prize will be awarded. Winner will receive a trip to the Miraval Arizona Resort & Spa in Tucson, Arizona. Trip includes: round-trip coach airfare for the winner and one (1) guest between the major airport that is near the winner’s residence and the airport in Tucson, AZ; six (6) nights hotel accommodations for the winner and his/her guest (single room/double occupancy) and resort provided ground transportation between the hotel and airport in Arizona. In addition, the Miraval is an inclusive resort that includes: luxury room accommodations, all meals, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages (alcohol not included), nightly resort credit of $150 per guest, unlimited participation in daily select activities, challenges and classes and a five hundred dollar ($500) cash stipend for additional spa services (awarded to the winner only) in the form of a check. Winner and guest will also have an opportunity to schedule a photography session at the resort with the option to submit their choice of photo to the Dove® Times Square Billboard. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $11,440.
