Eligibility : The Hartford Start Your Engines Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are 21 or older at time of entry, have a valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing and who are legal U.S. residents who physically reside in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, except residents of the states of Arizona, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Oklahoma, and Washington, as well as Puerto Rico, all U.S. Territories and Possessions and overseas Military Installations.
Promotion Period : The Hartford Start Your Engines Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 6/24/09 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 10/01/09 (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”).
