Hanes Celebrate in Comfort Sweepstakes Rules
Eligibility : The Hanes Celebrate in Comfort Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is offered only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia and who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry.
Promotion Period : Hanes Celebrate in Comfort Sweepstakes begins on or about June 1, 2009, at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on September 30, 2009, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotional Period”).
How To Enter : Enter online by visiting the website at www.celebrateincomfort.com (the “Website”), following the links to the online entry form and completing the online entry form with your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and what you would celebrate if you win. Click on the “Submit” button to submit your entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit : Limit one entry per person/e-mail address/street address per day by any method.
Prize (s):
A) GRAND PRIZE: One Grand Prize winner will receive a 5-day, 4-night reunion-themed celebration vacation at Walt Disney World® Resort for twenty (20) persons to include: Roundtrip coach-class airfare for winner and nineteen (19) guests between major airports closest to winner’s residence and the residences of the winner’s guests (determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) and Orlando International Airport; Ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort for twenty (20) people; Five (5) standard rooms with a maximum of four (4) persons per room at a moderate Walt Disney World® Resort hotel (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) for four (4) nights; One hundred (100) 1-day Magic Your Way tickets with Park Hopper® Option; Complimentary use of transportation within the Walt Disney World® Resort; Twenty (20) Hanes t-shirts from the Disney Design-A-Tee Store; Five (5) customized Disney gift baskets – one per room; Twenty (20) create-your-own custom Mickey Mouse Ear hats, including exclusive sweepstakes winner patch to place on hats; One (1) Disney Gift Card with a value of $1,000 USD.
Total Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize is $21,790. The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
B) WEEKLY PRIZES: Sixteen (16) winners will each receive a 5-day, 4-night celebration-themed vacation to Walt Disney World® Resort for four (4) persons to include:
- Roundtrip coach-class airfare for winner and three (3) guests between the US major airport closest to winner’s residence (determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) and Orlando International Airport;
- Ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort for four (4) people;
- One (1) standard room quadruple occupancy at a moderate Walt Disney World® Resort hotel (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) for four (4) nights;
- Twenty (20) 1-day Magic Your Way tickets with Park Hopper® Option;
- Complimentary use of transportation within the Walt Disney World® Resort;
- Four (4) Hanes t-shirts from the Disney Design-A-Tee Store;
- Room décor themed to the celebration;
- Four (4) create-your-own custom Mickey Mouse Ear hats, including exclusive sweepstakes winner patch to place on hats;
- One (1) Disney’s PhotoPass® CD and Album;
- Winner selection of one of the following experiences:
- Birthday Package: Disney character dinner experience for four (4) people
- First Visit Package: Disney character dinner experience for four (4) people
- Accomplishment Package: Dinner at select EPCOT® restaurant with VIP viewing of IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth for four (4) people
- True Love Package: Dinner for two and four hours of babysitting services for up to two (2) children (if necessary).
Total Approximate Retail Value of each package is $4,688.
Winners : For the names of prize winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Night Agency LLC, Hanes Celebrate in Comfort Winners List, 307 Canal Street, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10013. Vermont residents may omit return postage. Winners list requests received after 11/30/2009 will not be fulfilled. Allow 6-8 weeks for processing request.
