Eligibility :
Go-GURT Awesome Vacation Sweepstakes (the “Instant Win Game”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who between eight (8) and eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.
Timing :
The Go-GURT Awesome Vacation Sweepstakesbegins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), April 13, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, June 7, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).
How to enter:
During the Promotion Period, obtain a code. There are two (2) ways to obtain a code for the Instant Win Game:
a. Purchase Go-GURT: Between April 13, 2009 and June 7, 2009, purchase specially-marked packages of Go-GURT from participating retailers. Locate the code on the product tube packaging and have it available when you visit the website listed below; or
b. Free Code: If you would like to play the Instant Win Game without purchasing specially-marked packages of Go-GURT you may use the following code for free entry into the Go-GURT Awesome Vacation Sweepstakes – RDP2142
Once you obtain a code, visit www.gogurt.com and follow the links and instructions to proceed to the Instant Win Game area of the web site.
Limit:
Each participant may play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.
Prize (s):
FIVE (5) GRAND PRIZES: Up to $10,000 may be used to create a trip package based on the selection of the following:
Location: Honolulu, HI; Orlando, FL; Denver, CO; New York, NY; or Los Angeles, CA
Activities (2 per prize, activities may vary depending on location selection): Entertainment, Water Fun, Wildlife/Nature, Shopping, Sports, or History/Culture
Number of Individuals Traveling: 3, 4, or 5
Number of Nights Accommodations: 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7
Winner will also receive a $5,000 for spending money. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $15,000.
ONE HUNDRED (100) FIRST PRIZES: Skateboard backpack. ARV: $40.
FIVE HUNDRED (500) SECOND PRIZES: Aluminum water bottle. ARV: $20.
ONE THOUSAND (1,000) THIRD PRIZES: Winter hat. ARV: $15.
TWO THOUSAND (2,000) FOURTH PRIZES: Aviator sunglasses. ARV: $12.
Total ARV of all prizes:
$128,000
