Then visit www.guiltlessgourmet.com (beginning 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time on 5/15/09) and follow the instructions for entering your Official Game Code and registering for a chance to instantly win a First or Second Prize. After you complete your registration, you will be asked to follow directions to receive a sweepstakes message. If your message includes the word “Congratulations…,” followed by a prize description, you are an instant winner of the prize specified, subject to verification and eligibility. If you receive any other message or you do not receive a message, you are not eligible to claim an instant win prize.

GRAND PRIZE :
Winner will receive a 4 day/3 night trip for 2 to Las Vegas, including round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home, 3 nights hotel accommodations (1 room, double occupancy at a 5-diamond hotel), ground transfers between airport and hotel, a $1,500 Gift Certificate to a world class spa, and $1,500 spending money. Winner and guest are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, additional transportation, baggage fees, souvenirs and other incidentals and items of a personal nature (ARV: $5,600.00).
