Grand Prize: The one (1) Grand Prize Winner (hereinafter defined) will receive one trip for the Winner and one (1) guest of Winner (“Guest”) to Radical Entertainment Studios located in Vancouver, Canada (“Destination”) to fly economy class to Vancouver, Canada, stay for three (3) nights in a hotel, and spend one (1) full day at Radical Entertainment Studios where the Winner will meet members of the game development team and participate in a photography session to incorporate elements of his or her image into a character that can be “consumed” in the Prototype 2 game. The trip will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near Winner’s primary residence to Destination, approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $1,600; (ii) 2 nights hotel accommodations in Destination for Winner and Guest which will be one (1) standard room, based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included), ARV of $450; collectively (“Grand Prize”). The total ARV of the Prizes is $4,550.
