Eligibility : This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-seven (47) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia except Maine (excluding, in total, Maine, Alaska and Hawaii), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of legal majority in their state of residence as of date of entry and who have Internet access and a valid e-mail address prior to April 1, 2010.
Timing : Begins at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on December 1, 2010 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : Limit of (1) one entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: A 3-day/2-night trip for the winner and a travel companion to the Enchantment Resort in Sedona, AZ. The trip will include roundtrip coach air transportation from the major airport closest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence and return to same airport on an airline selected by Sponsor, lodging in standard hotel accommodations (double occupancy at hotel, as selected by Sponsor), one spa treatment up to a maximum value of $250 and one meal per person per night stayed up to a maximum value of $125. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,500.
Five (5) First Prizes: Cash that can be used toward approximately one-half (1/2) year of yoga membership dues, awarded in the form of a check to the winner. The ARV of each first prize is $250.
