How To Enter : Go to cbs.com/verizon during any of the Entry Periods and follow the instructions to complete the Sweepstakes entry form
Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is offered and open to persons who are legal residents of the United States (except Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories & Possessions) at least eighteen 18 or age of majority, whichever is older in state of residence, or older at the date of entry in the Sweepstakes.
Timing : The Sweepstakes begins on November 7, 2011 at 5:00:00 pm Pacific Time (“PT”) and will end on May 15, 2012 at 11:59:59 pm PT (the “Promotion Period”).
Limit : There is a limit of up to four (4) entries per person per entry method and a maximum of eight (8) answers/entries per person per Entry Period.
Prize (s) :
Weekly Prizes. Each weekly prize (“Weekly Prize(s)”) consists of promotional products (also known as ‘Schwag’) from one of the CBS Mondays’ Shows. Each Weekly Prize has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of up to Thirty US Dollars ($30.00).
Grand Prize. The Sweepstakes shall award one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) that consists of a 3-Day/2-Night trip to Los Angeles, California; to include a visit to the set of one of the CBS Mondays’ Shows for the winner and guest. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest to Los Angeles, California from a single major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor), double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights and ground transfers in Los Angeles from hotel to studio. ARV of the Prize is Three Thousand Five Hundred US Dollars ($3,500.00).
