How To Enter : Register on-line by going to target.com/cars2 (the “Website”) and entering the requested information
Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (“Territory”), 18 years or older as of date of entry.
Timing : Beginning at 12:00 P.M. ET on 10/14/11 and ending at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on 12/31/11 (the “Entry Period”)
Limit : Regardless of the method of Entry used, only one Entry per person per day (regardless of whether one person has more than one Cell or Email Address or more than one person use the same Cell or Email Address).

Twenty-five (25) Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) 4 day/3 night trip to the Disneyland® Resort (“Resort”) for the Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests(individually, “Guest”) (collectively, “Group”), consisting of the following elements for the Group (“Trip”): [a] hotel accommodations for three (3) consecutive nights at a Sponsor selected Resort area hotel (standard room, quad occupancy); [b] a 4-day Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® Ticket for Grand Prize Winner and each Guest (collectively, “Tickets”); [c] a Sponsor selected Cars Land Experience; and [d] if Grand Prize Winner resides more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the Resort, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major gateway airport in the Territory near Grand Prize Winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a Southern California airport and airport/hotel transfers. The ARV of each Grand Prize is $4,409
One Thousand (1,000) First Prizes: Each First Prize Winner will receive a $100 Target® Gift Card (“Card”).
Ten Thousand (10,000) Second Prizes: Each Second Prize Winner will receive a Cars Land Activity/Coloring Book. ARV of each Second Prize: $3.00.
