Bertolli Taste Of Tradition Recipe Contest

In celebration of 150 years of Bertolli Olive Oil, Bertolli and Chef Fabio Viviani are hosting the ultimate recipe competition – The Taste Of Tradition Recipe Contest. They are looking for original recipes that capture the essence of fresh, food, family, friends and fun using Bertolli Olive Oil and/or Vinegar.

Celebrity Chef and Bertolli Olive Oil spokesperson Fabio Viviani will review submissions and select winning recipes according to creativity, presentation, ease of replication and clarity.

Here’s what Fabio Viviani had to say about the contest on Twitter:

One grand prize winner will win a trip to Tuscany, Italy for the culinary adventure of a lifetime, including a helicopter tour of the Italian countryside, a hands-on cooking class and the search for a perfect truffle.

Five runners-up, one from each category, will receive a KitchenAid stand mixer in shimmering champagne gold, a year’s supply of Bertolli Olive Oil, and a signed copy of Chef Fabio Viviani’s latest cookbook.
