Once you obtained a prize code, go online at AlbertsonsFreshLookAtFrozen.com and follow the instructions to enter your prize code and zip code to participate into the Sweepstakes. You will also be required to provide your first and last name, e-mail address, complete mailing address, date of birth, and phone number in order to register.
Each weekly prize code may be used only once and there’s a limit of one (1) sweepstakes entry per person, per weekly prize code during the Sweepstakes Period.
