Follow the on-screen instructions to input your date of birth, email address, zip code and Game Code and then properly submit an online play to determine if you have won a prize (subject to verification) (a “Play”).
Eligibility : The Game is open only to legal residents of any of the 50 United States or D.C., who are 13 years of age or older at the time of participation.
Timing : Game begins at 12:00:00 a.m. (midnight) Central Time (“CT”) on September 22, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on November 16, 2013 (“Game Period”).
