Eligibility :
The Majestic SCRATCH, MATCH & INSTANT WIN GAME (the “Promotion“) is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam) who are 14 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees VF Imagewear, Inc., 100 Majestic Way, Bangor, PA (the “Sponsor”) COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES, LLC (the “Judges”), The Seattle Mariners, The Baseball Club of Seattle, LP, the other MLB Entities (Collectively the “Promotion Entities”) and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, dealers, franchisees, affiliates, directors, officers, shareholders, governors, employees, and agents, as well as their respective spouses, children, siblings, and all others residing in the same household as such employees, are not eligible to participate. The “MLB Entities” shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., the Major League Baseball Clubs, Tickets.com, Inc., SportsOnEarth, LLC and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers, employees and agents of the above entities. The Promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Timing :
Promotion starts on Thursday, August 21, 2008 and ends on Friday, September 12, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to enter:
Register to play: During the Promotion Period, visit www.majesticathletic.com/mariners and click on the Majestic SCRATCH, MATCH & INSTANT WIN GAME icon and complete the online Registration form which includes the access code found on your Majestic Game Card distributed at the Seattle Mariners™ baseball game at Safeco Field™ on 8/21/2008. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ACCESS CODE use 562312 and click “submit”. Registration may include the following: name, complete address, city, state, zip, age and telephone number. After you have submitted your registration, you will automatically advance to the game page to receive one FREE Game Play. Each time you return to play, you will be required to log-in utilizing your “e-mail address” and your game “password”. LIMIT: One game play per day per email address.
b) How to play: Win Instantly: Each time you enter the game page, you will be offered the opportunity to play the Majestic SCRATCH, MATCH & INSTANT WIN GAME. Utilizing your computer mouse curser, left click on the “bat” and begin moving the curser over the three Seattle Mariners™ game Jerseys on the game card. The curser movement will begin to remove the game card covering to see if you revealed an Instant Win Prize. If you match three (3) of the exact same Jerseys on one game card play, you may be the winner of an Instant Prize, subject to verification of eligibility (see Rule #6). Check the winning combinations below to see which prize you may have won.

By successfully transmitting your completed online entry form as directed, you will be entered in the Sweepstakes.
