Eligibility :
Sweepstakes is open to all U.S. Citizens that are legal residents of the United States, except Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories. Employees of Circuit City Stores, Inc. and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and production agencies, and their immediate families and household members are not eligible. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter as of promotion start date. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted. By entering this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or its agents. Odds of winning prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Timing :
All entries must be received between 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on August 10, 2008 and 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 23, 2008.

Slim Jim Spicy Side Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. who are at least 14 years of age at time of entry. Eligible entrants who are under the legal age of minority in their state of residence (“M inor”) should get their parent or legal guardian’s permission to enter. A minor entrant will be required to prove parental consent in the form of an Affidavit of Liability before he or she can be declared a winner and any prize can be awarded. Entrant must have internet access as of June 2, 2008. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors and interns) who have, within six months prior to June 2, 2008, held employment with or performed services for Sponsors, Administrator (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) or any organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win. Immediate family and household members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. “Household Members” shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. Void where prohibited.

Timing :
The “Slim Jim Spicy Side Sweepstakes” (”Sweepstakes”) begins on Monday, June 2, 2008 at 12:01 PM PST (“Start Date”) and ends on Sunday, September 7, 2008 at 11:59 AM PST (”Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter :
Visit the website during the Sweepstakes Period by logging on to http://www.sweepstakes.ign.com or selecting the general Sweepstakes link on http://www.ign.com. Follow the on-screen instructions and complete the entry form by providing all of the information requested. Once the form is completed, Entrant must click the “Submit” button to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. All entries must be received by 11:59 AM PST on September 7, 2008.
Limit :
Limited to one entry per person per day for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. If entries exceed the entry limitations, the Entrant may be disqualified in the Sponsors’ sole discretion.
