Eligibility :
Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of California, Tennessee, Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories and possessions) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and who had Internet access prior to August 15, 2008. Employees of Sutter Home Winery, Inc. (‘Sponsor”), members of employees immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings and children and their spouses) of Sponsor, their affiliates or subsidiaries, their advertising agencies, licensed alcohol beverage retailers and wholesalers, or any other alcohol beverage licensee, and any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of this promotion are not eligible. Timing :

How to enter:

One entry per person, e-mail address, or household. Should multiple users of the same e-mail account enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute thereafter arises regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant. Authorized account subscriber is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected, from among all eligible entries received, in a random drawing on or about December 1, 2008. The Grand Prize is: A professional Jamis road bike (Xenith Race model) similar to the bike ridden by US cycling champion Tina Pic.

Whistler Catch the Epic Ride Mountain Bike Contest

Eligibility :
The Contest is open to residents of Canada and the U.S. aged 19 years and older, with the exception of residents of Québec and Puerto Rico. The Contest is subject to all federal, provincial, and municipal laws, and is void where prohibited. The Contest is not open to employees or Members of the Sponsor or its affiliated companies, or their representatives or agents, or anyone with whom any of the foregoing is domiciled.

Timing :
The Contest will run from May 1, 2008 at 12:01AM (Pacific Standard Time) to August 31, 2008 at 11:59PM (Pacific Standard Time) (the “Contest Period”).

How to enter:
Eligible entrants may participate in the Contest by visiting www.whistler.com/bike each day during the Contest Period and playing on one of eight displayed trails for the chance to “catch the epic ride” and win an instant prize; participants will be notified at the time of play if they have won.

Let the Dreams Begin (the “Instant Win Game”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
