The Bachelorette Rose Ceremony Game
Eligibility :
The Bachelorette Rose Ceremony Game (”Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C. (except Florida), who are at least 21 years of age and who have an active e-mail account and Internet access as of 5/25/08. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. (”ABC”), LeadDog Marketing Group, or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes or supplying the prizes, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live.
Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins 2:00pm PT on 5/20/08 and ends 5:00pm PT on 7/7/08 (or such other date as may be the broadcast of the final rose ceremony).
How to Enter :
To enter, navigate the Internet to www.abc.com keyword: Bachelorette or navigate to The Bachelorette section of www.abc.com and click on the icon which will take you to the “The Bachelorette Rose Ceremony Game” home page. You must be a registered member of the Walt Disney Internet Group (”WDIG”) family of sites to enter. Registration is free and only required once. If you’ve ever registered with one of WDIG’s family sites, including ABC.com, ABCNEWS.com, Disney.com, ESPN.com, FamilyFun.com, Movies.com, and more, you need not register again.
Limit :
Limit one (1) entry per person or e-mail address, per week (defined below); a person may submit seven (7) entries in total (1 entry per week).
Prize (s):
The following prizes will be awarded: Seven (7) Weekly Top Score Prizes (1 per eligible week): Bachelor Merchandise Gift Bag (ARV: $1,000.00 each).
One (1) Grand Prize: 5-day/4-night trip for two (2) to Barbados. Trip prize consists of: round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) on US Airways, from the closest US Airways departure city near the winner’s legal U.S. residence as selected by Sponsor to Freeport (FPO); 4-nights Ocean View Room at The Westin Grand Bahama Island Our Lucaya Resort (one room, double occupancy); and a customized deluxe Island Jeep Safari including lunch and a visit to the Perfume Factory for two (2) people. (ARV: $3,000.00).

Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States (excluding California, Utah, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories and possessions), 21 years of age, or older at the time of entry. TN residents may only enter via paper entry. Void in California, Utah, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories and possessions and where otherwise prohibited by law.
Timing :
Sweepstakes commences at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) May 15, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET September 15, 2008 (”Promotional Period”).
How to Enter :

Submission of false or misleading personal information by an entrant will be grounds for disqualification and all associated entries will be void. Entrants must fully complete all required information to be eligible. All online entries must be received at us.malibu-rum.com/summer by 11:59 p.m. (EST) September 15, 2008 to be eligible.

Prize (s):
Five (5) Grand Prizes: A trip for four (4) to Barbados for five (5) days/four (4) nights. Each Grand Prize package includes: round trip coach class air transportation for winner and up to three (3) guests from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest each winner’s residence to Barbados; four (4) nights’ double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations (2 rooms), round trip ground transportation to/from airport/hotel, hotel taxes and $500 spending money for winner only (awarded as a check). (Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”) of each Grand Prize package: $7,620). Winner may elect to receive cash in lieu of the Grand Prize in the amount of $7,620, to be awarded in the form of a check.
