Eligibility :
Brooks Win Your Run Happy Place Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry or game play. Void in Canada, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.
Timing :
The Brooks Win Your Run Happy Place Promotion (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time (PT) on March 1, 2009, and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on March 31, 2009 (“Promotion Period”).

Limit:

GRAND PRIZE: A 10 foot x 12 foot freestanding Cabana structure to serve as a “Run Happy Place” will be built in winner’s backyard and will include the installation and set-up of the following items: ProForm Treadmill, Samsung 40” LCD Flat Panel HDTV, Samsung Home Theater Stereo System, Avanti Water Cooler/Dispenser and five (5) – 5 gallon bottles of water. Installation and set-up of prize items will be the responsibility of the Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $32,000.
