Eligibility : The MyTMobileMakeover Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : MyTMobileMakeover Sweepstakes begins at 5:00 p.m. (all times are Eastern Time or “ET”) on August 25, 2009, and ends at 5:00 p.m. on November 2, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : Visit mytmobilemakeover.com (“Sweepstakes Website”) and follow the directions provided to complete and submit the entry form as instructed.

Limit : Limit of one (1) entry per unique and valid e-mail address during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: $25,000.00 cash (awarded as a check);

Ten (10) Weekly Prizes: $500.00 cash (awarded as a check).

Total ARV of all prizes:
$30,000
