Deal or No Deal Club - Deal’s 10K Giveaway Rules

Eligibility :
The Deal or No Deal Club Deal’s 10K Giveaway is open only to permanent legal residents who are physically located, and residing in the 50 states of the United States and D.C., and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of his/her entry.

Timing :
Deal or No Deal Club Deal’s 10K Giveaway begins on March 9, 2009 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on September 6, 2009 at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) (”Sweepstakes Period”).

How to enter:
To enter via the internet: Visit the Deal or No Deal Club web site at www.dealornodealclub.com (”Web Site”) or visit any participating NBC affiliate stations’ web site during the Sweepstakes Period; click on a Game case which will access the Sweepstakes entry page; then complete and thereafter transmit the entry form.
To enter by telephone: Entrants must call the Sweepstakes toll free number (888) 332-5105 (which spells out 888 Deal 10k) (”Toll Free Number”) by a touch-tone phone, follow the prompts to submit his/her choice of Game case number 1-5.

Limit:
Limit either one (1) Online Entry OR one (1) Telephone Entry (collectively “Entries”) per person/per day for a maximum of seven (7) Entries for each Weekly Sweepstakes (regardless of method of entry). The maximum potential number of Entries that could be included in the Overall Sweepstakes is up to one hundred eighty-two (182) per entrant (regardless of method of entry).

Prize (s):
Twenty-six (26) Weekly Prizes will be awarded (one (1) Weekly Prize for each of the twenty-six (26) Weekly Sweepstakes): Each weekly prize winner will receive $10,000 awarded in the form of a check issued in his/her name (”Weekly Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”) of each Weekly Prize is ten-thousand dollars ($10,000).

One (1) Overall Prize: One (1) Overall Sweepstakes prize winner will receive one (1) AutoVantage Enhanced one (1) year Membership Package consisting of: 24/7 emergency roadside assistance; maintenance discounts at more than 19,000 service centers nationwide; trip routing guides, new and used car information; car rental and hotel discounts (”Overall Prize”). ARV of Overall Prize $149.00.

Total ARV of all prizes:
$260,149

    i think its great spread some of the cash around i know i can use some i own an r.v. transporting buss.and am always needing money for my repairs and living expenses gets hard to keep going so i could use some especialy when a deisal shop ripped me off for $1560.00 yea i think the 10000. give away is terrific

    not sure to put in website line and also I’m just not understanding how I can get on this show. I’ve watched from day 1 and not good with video cam., but I have a sad story as many do, my sister died July 2, 2007 from panc. cancer 3ys before her husband and 10 months after that her son, my brother-in-law and nephew,and a sister-in-law age 39 thru this too, and many other close relatives. My mom and Dad are great and have had real tuff time dealing with all this, as we all have, but I would love to win a million dollars to make the rest of their lives very happy.     I would like to suggest that ‘Deal or No Deal’ consider having guest that are Seniors/retired and have natural grey hair.
    Dove company celebrated the ‘grey haired woman’ in 2008.
    Many women do not color their hair. Some like the natural ageing process and prefer to remain ‘natural grey headed.’
    Others have allergies to hair color which causes scalp problems so do not color.
    Both enjoy the natural grey hair stage.
    I believe it could be a fun show. We like to win money also!
    I enjoy ‘Deal or No Deal.’ It is a favorite show.

    For the 10,000K giveaway sweepstakes. I watch every night and enter my case selection. I would like to see you show what case the money was in on the show like you did before. That way you know if you at least picked the right one and are in for the random drawing. I like everyone else, have to pay for web time and it wastes my money to needless go on line each monday to check to see if I am a winner, if my case was not the one!!

    I play this game everyday; and when I called to find out if I was a winner, like the TV show advertisment said call mon Monday to find out if you’re a winner…..I was given the run a round. 1. the computers were down, or 2. you have to call back on Tuesday. I called again, they said we can only give you the winners from the previous week. I wasn’t asking about winners from the previous week. Then I began to think, “this game is scam.” You don’t really win any money unless you appear on the show.
