Eligibility : Black Box Video Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (except California and Tennessee), who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void in California, Tennessee and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : The Black Box Video Contest (”Contest”) begins at 12:01 a.m. (all times are Eastern Time) on 6/1/09 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on 11/30/09 (”Contest Period”).

How To Enter : To enter, visit www.blackboxwines.com (”Contest Website”) to find the online entry form.

Limit : Limit of one entry per person.

Prize (s):

six (6) Monthly Prizes: $2,000.00 cash each;
one (1) Grand Prize: $10,000.00 cash.

Total ARV of all prizes:
$22,000
