Eligibility : Beringer Great Steak Challenge Contest (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Contest is void in CA, UT and where prohibited or restricted by law.
Promotion Period : The National Contest begins on 3/1/10 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on 10/8/10 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Recipe Entry Winners (100): Each winner will receive up to $1,000 spending cash (to use towards travel expenses, an opportunity to compete in the Regional Grill-off for the region in which they entered, and a chance to advance to the National Cook Off at Beringer Vineyards in Napa Valley.
Regional Grill-off Winners (10): Each winner will receive a trip for two (2) to the Beringers Vineyards in Napa, CA. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation for Regional Finalist and one (1) guest from a major airport near winner’s residence to San Francisco, rental car (Regional Finalist or one of the travel companions must have a valid driver’s license and credit card and qualify for rental car company policies), 4 days/3 nights hotel accommodations for two (2) near Beringer Vineyards in Napa Valley, , local transportation to and from all sites, winery tours, exclusive tastings at Fosters Wine Estates’ Properties and meal vouchers (up to $150 per person, per day). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $5,000.
One (1) National Grand Prize (Overall best recipe): $15,000 Cash in the form of a check.
One (1) National Runner-up Prize: $7,500 Cash in the form of a check.
One (1) National Second Runner-up Prize: $2,500 Cash in the form of a check.
