How To Enter :  Visit americanexpress.com/holiday2010 and complete and submit the registration form

Eligibility : American Express Season of Surprises (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Timing : The Promotion begins on November 15, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on February 1, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $100,000 awarded in the form of a check.

Instant Win Game Prizes: TEN (10) FIRST PRIZES: $10,000 awarded in the form of a check. TWO THOUSAND (2,000) SECOND PRIZES: A $25 American Express Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $25.
