American Laser Centers Live Like a Diva Sweepstakes Rules

Eligibility : American Laser Centers Live Like a Diva Sweepstakes is open to legal residents residing in the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : Starting at or around 12:00:01 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) on Friday, August 28th, 2009 ending at or around 11:59:59 p.m. ET Friday, September 18th, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”)

How To Enter :  Log on to www.americanlasersweepstakes.com, a website owned and controlled by American Laser Centers, LLC.  and follow the directions.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of email address used during the sweepstakes period.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a $5,000 credit toward two (2) of the following ALC treatment packages: a skin rejuvenation package, VelaShape cellulite reduction package, and/or laser hair removal package. Regardless of the services chosen, the credit will NOT exceed $5,000. Total approximate retail value (ARV): $5,000.

FotoFacial (ARV: $1,249-$3,490)
Affirm (ARV:$1,320-$4,400)
Microdermabrasion (ARV: $419-$839)

Five (5) First Prize Winners will receive $1,500 toward any of the following treatment packages. Total approximate retail value (ARV): $1,500. :
