Eligibility : Upset of the Day Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.
Timing : The Sweepstakes begins on March 13, 2011 at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 27, 2011 at 2:09 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
