Eligibility : You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the U.S. Sweepstakes void in California and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Promotion Period : The Jack Daniel’s Birthday Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) starts on August 23, 2009, at 9 a.m. and ends on October 18, 2009 at 11 p.m. (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit 1 entry (per day, per person, per mobile telephone number, per contact phone number and/or email address) regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

There will be (1) Grand Prize and awarded. Grand Prize consists of $2,000 cash and a Jack Daniel’s Birthday Party Pack for 30. Pack includes but is not limited to Jack Daniel’s prizing and merchandise for 30 including; Tee Shirts (Large), hats, backpacks, cups, napkins, serving trays and other bar items. Brown-Forman/Jack Daniel’s reserves the right to substitute items. Estimated total retail value of Grand Prize package is $5,000. Alcoholic Beverages will not be part of the prize package.

500 Second Place Prizes will be awarded. Second Place Prize consists of a Jack Daniel’s Birthday Tee Shirt (Large). Estimated retail value of each Second Place Prize is $10.00.
