Eligibility :
All legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico), 18 years and older as of time of entry, are eligible to enter the Promotion except persons who are officers, directors, or employees (and members of household or their immediate family, i.e. spouse, parent, child, or sibling and their household members) of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and web design agencies, including PrizeLogic, Malone Advertising, LLC and other individuals/entities associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter or win.
Timing :
The Distinctively Dole™ Instant Win Game (“Promotion”) starts 7/28/08 at 12:00:01 A.M., ET and ends 11/28/08 at 11:59:59 P.M, ET or when all coupons (“Game Prizes”) have been awarded (“Promotion Period”).
How to enter:
Visit www.winfreedolesalad.com (“website”), register by entering your e-mail, and when prompted, complete all of the requested information, e.g., your first and last name, complete address, date of birth, and answer survey questions. After you have successfully registered, you will receive instructions on how to play. You will be immediately notified if you are a potential Game Prize winner pending verification of your Game Play. The Promotion consists of a daily Instant Win Game (“Game”) as described in Rule 2 below. Each day that you sign on to the website during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions you will receive one (1) opportunity to play the Game. Regardless of the email address you use, you may only play the Game (sometimes referred to as “Game Play”) once each day throughout the Promotion Period. You may only win one (1) Instant Win Game prize throughout the Promotion Period. You may not return to play the Game the next day if you have already won. A day will be deemed to start at 12:00:01 A.M., ET and end at 11:59:59 P.M. of a calendar day. The computer of the independent web design agency administering this Promotion, PrizeLogic LLC (“PrizeLogic”), shall be deemed to be the official Promotion clock.
