United Artists 90th Anniversary Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The United Artists 90th Anniversary Sweepstakes is open to any individual who is, as of the beginning of the Promotion Period, (a) a legal resident of one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (“Eligibility Area”) and (b) the age of majority or older in the State where such individual permanently resides.

Timing :
The United Artists 90th Anniversary Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 1, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on February 28, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to enter:
To enter the Promotion, visit the MGM HD Channel’s website (located at http://www.mgmhd.com) (the “Website”), click on the “United Artists 90th Anniversary Sweepstakes” button located on the homepage of the Website, fill out the Promotion entry form by providing your full name, address (including ZIP code), home telephone number, work telephone number (if any), e-mail address and date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), and then click the “Submit” (or similar) button.

Limit:
Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

Twenty-eight (28) Winners will each receive, subject to verification, one (1) United Artists 30-Film Deluxe Gift Set containing thirty (30) pre-selected DVD titles (chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion) from the MGM/UA film library (each a “Prize” and collectively the “Prizes”). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize: $289.98.
