The Private Hotel For Dogs Screening Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on January 7, 2009 at 12:00:01 A.M. ET and ends on January 18, 2009 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

To enter, access the Sweepstakes Web site at www.dogsscreening.com (“Web Site”), click on the Sweepstakes icon or text link, either of which will take you to the Sweepstakes home page, and follow the onscreen instructions to complete and thereafter transmit the entry form. Information required on the entry form (collectively “Entry Information”) consists of your first and last name, complete address (including Zip Code), telephone number (including area code), date of birth, and email address (“Entry”).
