Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open and offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico), 18 years of age or older (except residents of Alabama and Nebraska, who must be 19 years of age or older) at the time of entry. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions outside the 50 United States and District of Columbia, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Timing : The Gears of War® 3 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins July 21, 2011 at 7:00:01 p.m. (Central Standard Time [“CST”]) and ends September 20, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. CST (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit one entry per person/email address per day.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize:  A Gears of War® 3 Custom built motorcycle, custom designed and made by Paul Jr. Designs and $15,000 spending cash. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):  $65,000.00.

Ten (10) First Prizes: A “Gears of War® 3 Launch Event VIP Experience,” which includes: (A) two (2) VIP Passes to the Gears of War® 3 Launch Event on September 19, 2011 in New York City (the “Event”); (B) Round trip coach class airfare on a major carrier of Sponsor’s choice to New York City from the major U.S. gateway closest to the Winner’s home, for each First Prize Winner and a guest; (C) three (3) days and two (2) nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by Sponsor; (D) roundtrip transfers between airport and hotel; (E) roundtrip transportation between hotel and the Event; and (F) automatic entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. ARV: $3,000.00 each.

Twenty-Five (25) Second Prizes: A “Gears of War® 3 Prize Pack” including: (A) one (1) Xbox 360® 320 GNB Limited Edition Console; (B) two (2) limited edition wireless controllers; and (C) one (1) copy of the Gears of War® 3 video game. ARV $399.99 each.
