Eligibility :
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age. Void where prohibited by law. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Employees of Dare Foods, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and members of the immediate family and household of each are not eligible. Immediate family members include parents, siblings or any person residing in the same household as employee.

Timing :
This promotion ends at 5:00 p.m. (ET)  September 15, 2008 (”Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
Entries will be accepted from January 28, 2008 through 5:00 p.m. (ET)  September 15, 2008. Go to www.grablifebythetastebuds.com to enter.  You will be asked to upload your favorite travel or vacation photo, along with a 5-word title and a 30-word description of why the photo shows that you “grabbed life by the tastebuds.”  You do not need to have people in the photo, but if there are, you must have permission from everyone recognizable in the photo for the submission. Photos must be of good quality, taken on a 3 megapixel digital camera or better, or a scanned image of equivalent resolution. Entries containing photographs of insufficient quality for printing may be disqualified. Submissions must be true.  Incomplete entries will not be eligible to win.

Limit one entry per person.

Prize (s):
One grand prize winner will receive $25,000, which Sponsor prefers winner spend on a new convertible.  Approximate retail value: $25,000.
