Chevron Summer Road Trip Giveaway Instant Win Game Rules

Eligibility : The Chevron Summer Road Trip Giveaway Instant Win Game is open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and reside in one of the following states: AL, AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KY, LA, MS, MT, NV, NM, NC, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA , WV and WY.

Promotion Period :  The Chevron Summer Road Trip Giveaway Instant Win Game (”Game”) will begin at 12:00:01 am CDT on June 1, 2009, and is scheduled to end on 11:59:59 pm CDT on July 12, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : Visit www.ChevronGiveaway.com and register by completing the registration form

Limit : Limit one (1) Game Play per person/household and per email address per day.

Prize (s):

Three (3) Grand Prizes: Each consisting of one 2009 Malibu LS featuring standard interior and exterior equipment. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each Grand Prize is: $22,275.00.

Thirty-Nine (39) First Prizes. Each consisting of $2,250 in Chevron gift cards. ARV: $2,250.00 each.

Two Thousand (2,000) Second Prizes: Each consisting of one TomTom 125 GPS. ARV: $129.95 each.

Five Thousand (5,000) Third Prizes: Each consisting of a one night stay at a La Quinta Inn & Suites. ARV: $75.00 each. Prize will be awarded as gift certificate good for one standard room (maximum 4 people) for one night, tax included. Gift certificate expires on 12/31/09.

Thirty-Five Thousand (35,000) Fourth Prizes: Each consisting of one $5 Chevron gift card. ARV: $5.00 each.

Total ARV of all prizes:
$964,475

Winners : For the names of the major prize winners, send a self-addressed stamped, #10 envelope to: Chevron Summer Road Trip Winner List Request, P.O. Box 324, Lombard, IL 60148-0324. Winners Lists will be sent when the Game is over and all prizes are awarded. Requests for Winner Lists must be received by 8/28/09.

    I ENTERED A GAME CARD #M7DXRP3J IN THE GAME WEBSITE on 6/3/09 AND RECEIVED A MESSAGE BACK THAT I WAS A WINNER AND WOULD BE ADVISED BY E-MAIL THE FOLLOWING DAY.

    I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING FROM YOU FOLKS ABOUT WINNING ANYTHING.

    I ENTERED A SECOND CARD #LNXD9J8Z THE FOLLOWING DAy and was advised that i did not win anything.
    I received an e-mail the following day confirming that I did not win a prize.

    Did I really win anything and somehow the notification got lost?

    I HAVE ONLY BEEN ABLE TO GET ON THE SITE ONE TIME TO REGESTER A CODE NO. I HAVE TO FILL UP EVERY THREE DAYS WITH GAS WHILE GOING FOR CANCER TREATMENTS I HAVE EIGHT CARDS LAYING HERE IN FRONT OF ME THAT I CANT SEEM TO GET TO THE RIGHT SITE TO REGESTER THE CODE TO ENTER THE INSTANT WIN

    As I was trying to enter the contest the advertisements came up and I pressed skip the offer It went right into the free coupons which I did not want. It was confirming my entry! What were the results? After the coupon ad came on it wouldn’t go back to the entry area to let me know anything…. It locked me into ordering or printing coupons that I didn’t ask for!!!
    Please correct this ad. I do not want any coupons or ads sent to my E-Mail.Thank You Deborah Gates
