AT&T Living Green Sweepstakes Rules
Eligibility :
Living Green (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of AT&T Operations, Inc., ePrize, LLC, and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Timing :
The Promotion begins on April 15, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 15, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
How to Enter :
During the Promotion Period, visit http://att.eprize.net/livinggreen and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration. Complete and submit the registration including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. After registration, you will have the opportunity to upload an essay of no more than one hundred fifty (150) words about “Living Green”. You will not be awarded any Sweepstakes entries for uploading an essay. Essay submissions must not be inappropriate, indecent or obscene, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All submissions become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor shall have the right to edit, adapt, and publish any or all of the essays submitted, and may use them in any media without attribution or compensation to the contestant, his or her successors or assigns, or any other entity. SUBMISSION OF AN ESSAY IN THIS PROMOTION CONSTITUTES ENTRANT’S IRREVOCABLE ASSIGNMENT, CONVEYANCE, AND TRANSFERENCE TO SPONSOR OF ALL RIGHT, TITLE, AND INTEREST IN THE ESSAY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL COPYRIGHTS. Limit: Each participant may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period. Additional entries may be earned by engaging in one or all of the following:
- Create an online AT&T account: During the Promotion Period, visit www.att.com and follow the onscreen instructions to create an online AT&T account. Once you successfully complete the online account creation process you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for that month and for every month following during the Promotion Period. If you already have an online AT&T account prior to registering for the Promotion, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per month during the Promotion Period. Limit: Each person may enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time per month through this method, for up to a total of nine (9) additional Sweepstakes entries during the Promotion Period.
- Use AT&T eBill: During the Promotion Period, visit www.att.com and follow the onscreen instructions to use AT&T eBill. Once you successfully complete the eBill process you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for that month and for every month following during the Promotion Period. If you already use AT&T eBill prior to registering for the Promotion, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per month during the Promotion Period. Limit: Each person may enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time per month through this method, for up to a total of nine (9) additional Sweepstakes entries during the Promotion Period.
- Use AT&T Automatic Payments: During the Promotion Period, visit www.att.com and follow the onscreen instructions to use AT&T Automatic Payments. Once you successfully complete the Automatic Payments process you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for that month and for every month following during the Promotion Period. If you already use AT&T Automatic Payments prior to registering for the Promotion, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per month during the Promotion Period. Limit: Each person may enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time per month through this method, for up to a total of nine (9) additional Sweepstakes entries during the Promotion Period.
- Enter for Free by Mail: To enter without engaging in any of the above actions, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), and age on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail it with proper postage to: “AT&T Living Green,” c/o ePrize, LLC, P.O. Box 1783, Grand Rapids, MI 49501 – 1783. You will earn three (3) entries into the Sweepstakes per 3″ x 5″ piece of paper. Limit: One (1) 3″ x 5″ piece of paper per envelope. Up to nine (9) 3″ x 5″ pieces of paper will be accepted per entrant during the Promotion Period, for up to a total of twenty seven (27) additional Sweepstakes entries. All mail-in entries must be handwritten. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2008 and received by January 6, 2009. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Only online AT&T accounts, AT&T eBill, and AT&T Automatic Payment with a Qualifying AT&T Service Provider are eligible to participate through methods a, b, or c above. Qualifying AT&T Service Providers include AT&T Alabama, AT&T Arkansas, AT&T California, AT&T Connecticut, AT&T Florida, AT&T Georgia, AT&T Illinois, AT&T Indiana, AT&T Kansas, AT&T Kentucky, AT&T Louisiana, AT&T Michigan, AT&T Missouri, AT&T Mississippi, AT&T North Carolina, AT&T Nevada, AT&T Ohio, AT&T Oklahoma, AT&T South Carolina, AT&T Tennessee, AT&T Texas, and AT&T Wisconsin.
Limit :
Each participant may enter one (1) time during the promotion period and may receive up to twenty seven (27) additional Sweepstakes entries, regardless of method of entry, during the Promotion Period.Prize (s):
