Eligibility :
The 1st Metropolitan’s Green Mortgage Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (other than Hawaii) and the District of Columbia. Eligible participants must hold a valid driver’s license from their state of residence and be at least 21 years old at time of participation.

Timing :
Beginning at 12:00am on September 15, 2008 until 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on March 15, 2009 (except in Florida, New York and Rhode Island, where the time period shall be beginning at 12:00am October 9, 2008 until 11:59pm April 9, 2009) (the Sweepstakes Period)

How to enter:
Visit the 1st Metropolitan’s Green Mortgage Sweepstakes website (www.brightgreenmortgage.com) (the “Website”) and complete the online entry form.

Limit:
Limit one (1) entry per method per person.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win a 2009 Toyota Prius. Total approximate retail value (”ARV”) of Grand Prize: $22,000.
