How To Enter : Visit www.herrs.com/HISsweepstakes (the “Website”) during any or all of the Entry Periods held during the Sweepstakes and click on the photo of the “Herr’s Fathers” in order to be automatically directed to the official online entry form (the “Entry Form”).
Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (the “Entrant”).
Timing : The Herr Foods, Inc “Make Herr’s HIS Father’s Day” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 16, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 19, 2011
Limit : Limit of one (1) Entry per person per Weekly Entry Period.
Prize (s) :
Weekly Prizes: Four (4) Weekly Prizes will be awarded consisting of a Herr’s Gift Pack, having an approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of $47 each. Each Weekly Prize will include; (a) two (2) Herr’s branded T-shirts; and (b) a forty two (42) count box of assorted Herr’s snacks. The total ARV of all Weekly Prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is $188.
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize of a “Perfect Day With Dad” prize package will be awarded, having a maximum ARV of $400.
