Eligibility : Every Number Tells a Story Video Upload (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any equipment for the purpose of entering this Promotion.
Timing : The Promotion begins on September 10, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 31, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
Limit : Each entrant may receive one (1) Instant Win Game play per day during the Promotion Period; each participant may also upload one (1) Submission during the Submission Phase.
