- The Kid of the Year Award is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Nominators may be any age, but all Nominees must be between eight (8) and sixteen (16) years or age as of August 1, 2020.
- Begins on May 18, 2020 and ends on September 15, 2020.
- Each Nominator may submit multiple Submissions during the Submission Phase but may only submit one Submission for each Nominee.
