Eligibility : The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the states of Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever age limit is higher, by December 12, 2013.
